このサービスは、利用者が貼り付けた自己紹介文などを AI が査定する、娯楽目的のサービスです。結果の正確さ、有用性、特定の目的への適合性は保証しません。査定結果は、能力・資格・雇用適性を証明するものではありません。

• 他人の個人情報（氏名、連絡先、住所など）
• 機密情報、秘密保持義務のある情報
• 違法な内容、他人の権利を侵害する内容

• 自動化したアクセス（ボット、スクレイピングなど）
• 1日の査定上限や回数制限の回避
• 不正な解析、リバースエンジニアリング、サービスへの過度な負荷
• 他人へのなりすまし
• 鑑定書を、本物の資格証明や職務能力の証明のように使うこと

入力文の権利は利用者に帰属します。査定結果と鑑定書は、私的利用および SNS 等での共有に使えます。サービスのプログラム、デザイン、文言の権利は運営者に帰属します。

• 鑑定書: 査定結果を電子署名付きの HTML ファイルとして発行します。価格は /legal の表のとおり（税込）です。
• 追加査定: 1日の無料査定枠を使い切ったときに、その場で査定を1回実行します。価格は /legal の表のとおり（税込）です。
• 決済は Stripe が提供する決済画面で行います。提供はお支払いの確認後ただちに、画面上で行います。

デジタル商品の性質上、提供後の購入者都合によるキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。提供されなかった場合、二重に決済された場合、不具合により利用できない場合は返金します。連絡先は /legal をご覧ください。鑑定書は、返金やチャージバックがあった場合、検証ページで「失効」と表示されます。

• 追加査定は換金できません。
• 査定がAIの不具合で失敗した場合、権利は購入した端末のブラウザに残り、購入から 30 日以内にやり直せます。
• ブラウザのデータを消すと、未使用の権利は失われることがあります。その場合は /legal の連絡先へ注文番号をお知らせください。
• サービスを終了する場合は事前に告知し、未使用分を返金します。

運営者は、故意または重過失がある場合を除き、サービスの利用により生じた損害について、その取引で利用者が支払った金額を上限として責任を負います。無料の利用については、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。AI の出力が誤りや不適切な表現を含む可能性があることを、利用者はあらかじめ了承するものとします。

未成年の方は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時から効力を生じます。重要な変更は、サービス上で告知します。

本規約は日本法に従います。紛争が生じた場合は、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

This is an entertainment service in which an AI appraises the self-introduction text you paste. We do not guarantee accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for any purpose. Results do not certify ability, qualifications, or employability.

• Personal information of other people (names, contact details, addresses, etc.)
• Confidential information or information you are obliged to keep secret
• Illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others

• Automated access (bots, scraping, etc.)
• Circumventing the daily audit cap or rate limits
• Unauthorized analysis, reverse engineering, or placing excessive load on the service
• Impersonating others
• Presenting a certificate as genuine proof of qualifications or job competence

You retain the rights to the text you enter. Results and certificates may be used privately and shared on social media. Rights to the program, design, and wording of the service belong to the operator.

• Certificate: issues your result as a digitally signed HTML file. Prices are as listed on /legal (tax included).
• Extra audit: runs one audit right away when the day's free audits are used up. Prices are as listed on /legal (tax included).
• Payment is made on the payment screen provided by Stripe. Delivery is on screen immediately after payment is confirmed.

Because these are digital goods, cancellation or refunds for buyer-side reasons after delivery are not accepted. We refund if the product was not delivered, was charged twice, or cannot be used because of a defect. See /legal for contact details. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the certificate is shown as "revoked" on the verification page.

• Extra audits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an audit fails because of an AI error, the right stays in the browser of the device you bought it on and can be retried within 30 days of purchase.
• Clearing browser data may remove an unused right. In that case, contact us with your order number (see /legal).
• If we end the service, we will give notice and refund unused portions.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, the operator’s liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the transaction concerned. For free use, the operator is not liable except in cases of intent or gross negligence. You acknowledge that AI output may contain errors or inappropriate expressions.

Minors must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before using the service.

The operator may change these terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be announced on the service.

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The district court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location is the exclusive court of first instance.
